Puff Diddy has been accused of punching a man at a post-Oscars party.

The alleged incident occurred at Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel, opposite the Kodak Theatre where the Academy Awards were held on Sunday night .
Police spokesman, officer Jason Lee, said yesterday : "A report of battery has been made against Combs at the Roosevelt Hotel on Sunday."
Real estate agent Gerard Rechnitzer, 27, is believed to have filed the report.
It is claimed Rechnitzer was at a post-Oscar party with his fiancée at Teddy's nightclub in the Roosevelt Hotel.
At around 2am on Monday morning (26.02.07), Rechnitzer visited the bathroom and upon his return found his fiancée surrounded by six men, including Diddy.
Rechnitzer allegedly watched as the rapper flirted with his fiancée for about five minutes, before the estate agent asked her to leave with him.
Diddy then reportedly told the woman he was having a party and invited her. Rechnitzer again asked her to leave with him. The rap star then allegedly punched the estate agent in the jaw. |
